This delightful accommodation has been recently renovated and furnished with particular care so as to offer guests adequate level of services in a simple but elegant atmosphere. It consists of:
 It is located in the beautiful Region "Marche", in the countryside and is contiguous to one of the most beautiful historic Villas in the area, within farm that is starting a project related to hospitality.

A particularly appreciable location because it is outside the urban area, but extremely close to the city of Civitanova, the commercial area, the sea, and the highway entrance which will enable you to conveniently reach many destinations of interest. 
 We look forward to welcoming you! 
  • Check in from 3 p.m. - Check Out by 10 a.m.   Code entry makes you autonomous about check in
  • Your 4-legged friends are welcome with a small supplement for any special final cleaning that may be necessary.
  • Minimum occupancy two nights.
